Camden National Bank Offers Home Buying Seminar in Kingfield - 4/17/2008
KINGFIELD, Maine, April 17, 2008 -Together, Camden National Bank and CSM Real Estate are hosting a home buyers seminar on Thursday, May 15 from 6 to 8 pm at Camden National Bank on Depot Street in Kingfield for first-time and new home buyers.
The seminar is designed to provide prospective home buyers with a step-by-step guide to the home buying process. Camden National Bank's Cindy Gilmore and CSM Real Estate's Janet Peruffo will explain the various types of mortgage options and how to financially prepare for what is often the most important purchase of a lifetime. Camden National Bank's Regional Market Manager Linda Gilbert will also participate in guiding new buyers through the process from start to finish.
Cindy and Janet will answer questions related to getting started, qualifying, and closing for all types of housing. They will review the latest Maine State Housing and FHA guidelines as well as inspection and appraisal processes. Questions are welcome.
Cindy Gilmore is an assistant vice president and market manager for Camden National Bank. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, she has worked as a loan processor, mortgage and consumer underwriter, loan production manager, and loan officer in the greater Kingfield area, which she calls home.
A realtor for 17 years, Janet Peruffo is owner/brokers at CSM Real Estate. She holds a board position on the Mountain Council of Realtors and the Franklin County Area Chamber of Commerce. CSM Real Estate has been providing real estate services in Franklin and Somerset Counties since 1986.
