Low Downpayment Mortgage Loans*- There are loans available with low downpayments. These programs are usually arranged with private mortgage insurance, and the premiums for this insurance are added to your regular monthly payment. Camden National Bank offers private mortgage insurance, government-guaranteed and government-sponsored loan programs through the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), Rural Housing Services (RHS), and Maine State Housing Authority (MSHA).

Jumbo Mortgage Loans*- For loans exceeding standard industry limits ($359,650 to $750,000), jumbo loans are offered with competitive pricing and flexible structure for large loan amounts on unique properties. Programs are available with fixed and adjustable rate options.

Flexible Mobile Home Loans*- Whether your mobile home is new, used, owned or leased, we can help you with financing.
