Creating a positive impact

Community Commitment

Growing, giving, thriving—together.

Our communities are at the heart of everything we do. We're committed to making a positive impact in the places where we live, work, and play by investing in inclusive growth and creating opportunities for everyone to achieve their financial goals. As we’ve grown over the years, our commitment to socially-minded growth and giving back has only deepened.

We give back by:

Donating to community nonprofits and organizations

Giving back by volunteering our time and talent

Helping customers thrive through better banking and financial wellness

Community Volunteerism

Meaningful Volunteerism

We’re passionate about giving back in many ways, from packing boxes at the local food pantry to helping nonprofits manage their finances. We actively encourage our employees to volunteer with nonprofit organizations, offering an additional 8 hours of PTO for exactly that! In 2023, they logged 7,500 hours with more than 300 organizations.

Hope@Home

Hope@Home

We believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Every time we finance a new home, we donate $100 to a local homeless shelter. Since 2015, this program has generated more than $780,000 in unrestricted funding for more than 50 shelters.

Leaders & Luminaries Awards

Leaders & Luminaries

Our Leaders & Luminaries Awards celebrate exceptional nonprofit board directors with special grants for their organizations. We aim to shine a light on those who bring a new level of leadership to their role and are paving the way in board service and volunteerism.

Customer Testimonials

"Unrestricted funding, like we receive from Camden National Bank’s Hope@Home program, allows Knox County Homeless Coalition (KCHC) to operate with a ‘do the right thing’ philosophy. As we face some of the most acute needs our area has experienced in decades, funding of this sort supports the work we do within the community – even before someone is able to sign up for our services."
